Arkadaşlar wsus da son zamanlarda sık sık resimdeki hata ile karşılaşıyorum. Özellikle mevcut bir güncellemeyi kaldırmak istediğimde hiç affı yok hemen bu hata çıkıyor. Aaba sorun ne olabilir.
The WSUS administration console has encountered an unexpected error. This may be a transient error; try restarting the administration console. If this error persists,
Try removing the persisted preferences for the console by deleting the wsus file under %appdata%\Microsoft\MMC\.
System.IndexOutOfRangeException -- Index was outside the bounds of the array.

Merhaba
WSUS DB de sorun olabilir, bunu SQL management studio ile bağlanıp deattach edip tekrar attach edin, ardından wsus servisini restart edin.
Sorun devam eder ise bu linki inceleyin
