Server 2012 r2 üzerine Exchange 2013 kurulumu yaptım ve https:\\localhost\ecp girişini yaptıktan sonra
"A problem occurred while you were trying to use your mailbox."
hatayı almaktayım. Sorunu çözemedim acaba nerede yanlış yaptım ?

database mount durumda mı kontrol edermisiniz.
bunun birçok sebebi olabilir.
aşağıdaki çözüm yolunu da deneyebilirsiniz.
Open Registry
- On the server that is running the Exchange Server 2010 Mailbox role, click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
- Locate and then click the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\ParametersSystem
- On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
- Type Maximum Allowed Service Sessions Per User, and then press ENTER.
- On the Edit menu, click Modify.
- Type the decimal value that specifies the number of sessions to 28 (Max is 32), and then click OK.
- Exit Registry Editor.

Database mount u kontrol edemiyorum exchange menülerine giremediğimden.
Registy deki bu dediğiniz yapmıştım önceden ama yine sorun devam etmişti.
Başka ne yapabilir ?

get-mailboxdatabasecopystatus * komutunu verebilirsiniz powershellden.

Sorunum asıl kaynağını buldum. local user girişi ile veya domain user ile giriş yaptığımda bu sorunu alıyordum. User lara AD den Exchange server, Exchange admin yetkilerini verdiğimde admin paneline giriş yapabildim.
