exchange 2010 kurulum hata mesajları

microsofttun sitesinden 120 gunluk excahnge indirdim. w2008 r2 kurdum uzerine ıss ve ad kurdum. ip modem dağıtıyor. excahnge 2010 kurulumunda ise makalelerden yararlanıyorum kurulum sırasında aldığım hata mesajları var.
