Merhaba,
Acronis ile backup aldığım Win2016 sunucumda VSS sorunu yaşıyorum. Hata mesajı:
Event:12293

Acronis'in konuyla ilgili makalesi VSS size'ın yeterli olmadığını belirtmiş. Ancak elle Shadow Copy çalıştırdığımda hiç sorun yaşamadım.
Ayrıca hem sanal hem de fiziksel sunucumda yeterli alan olduğunu görüyorum.

Acronis'e ticket açtım ancak onlar da sorunu bir türlü bulamadılar. Yardımcı olabilecek varsa sevinirim.

Tam olarak ne yedekleniyor? Hyper-v hostun kendisini mi yedekliyorsun? Bir hata mesajının tamamını gönderebilir misin?

Virtual Machine yedekleniyor. Sunucu içinde SQL var.
Error message: "Backup failed because a third-party VSS provider had an unexpected error."
TROUBLESHOOT
Retry the operation. If the problem persists, check the System log in Windows Event Viewer for VSS provider errors.

@mehmetcolakoglu Acronis VSS Tool bazen SQL üzerinde hata buluyor.
Bu durumda Acronis Management Server ve/veya SQL VSS servislerini yeniden başlatınca düzeliyor.
En son backup'ı almadan önce kontrol ettiğimde hiç bir uyarı yoktu.

Sorunla ilgili case neden ilerlemedi bilmiyorum ama SQL VM 'in içine SQL ajanı kurarak yedek alabilirsiniz.

@mehmetcolakoglu Acronis destek ekibiyle 3 kez toplantı yaptık ve toplamda saatlerce üzerinde çalıştık.
Ancak her seferinde ya başka bir yerden sorun çıkarttı ya da belirli bir süre sonra hata tekrarladı.
En son 2 hafta önce buradaki adımları yaptık Acronis ekibiyle ve sorun düzelmişti.
Taki bu haftasonu Windows Update yapana kadar. Update sonrası tekrar sorun çıktı.

Acronis destek ekibi daha fazla çözüm üretemeyecek duruma geldi. Sunucuyu da yeniden kurmak istemiyorum.
Bu yüzden Acronis'den bağımsız, windows sunucu tarafından destek isteyerek ilerlemek adına buraya yazdım.
