DPM 2010 Agent install error

Dpm 2010 la agent kurulumu yapabiliyorum. fakat bir agent ta sıkıntı ile karşılaştım. Agent kurarken 2 yöntem var birincisinde,

Install protection agent on *..net failed:
Error 313: The agent operation failed because an error occurred while running the installation program on  *..net .
Error details: Unspecified error (0x80004005)
Recommended action: Review the log files on  *..net : [windir]\temp\msdpm*.log and take appropriate action.

hatası ile ikinci yöntemler kurulum yaparken ise

 SetDpmServer failed with errorcode =0x80004005, error says: Unspecified error
