Merhaba;
Değerli arkadaşlar geçen hafta mail sunucumuzu İşNet'ten kendi bünyeme taşıdım. MailEnable programını kullanıyorum. Bu sabah itibariyle RDNS kaydımı da yaptırdım ISP'ye. Ancak Mail göndermek istediğimde aşağıdaki hatayı alıyorum. Fikri olanlar yardım ederlerse çok sevinirim.

Sorunu aşağıda anlatacağım şekilde çözdüm.
Hata içeriğinde belirttiği gibi [email protected] adresine hata içeriğini komple iletterek mail attım.
Mailin önüne;
"
Dear Authorities,
When we try to send an E-Mail, we receive attached Problem. We have RDNS registery. What can we do to solve this Problem?
"
Şeklinde açıklama yazdım. Açıklamanın Türkçesi;
"
Sayın Yetkili;
Mail göndermek istediğimizde ekteki hata ile karşılaşıyoruz. RDNS Kaydımız da mevcuttur. Sorunun düzeltilmesi için ne yapmamız gerekiyor?
"
Microsoft'tan otomatik olarak bir cevap geldi ve 24 saat içerisinde sorunun düzeltileceği ya da teknik servisten bana ulaşılacağı yönünde bir mail geldi.
Buna rağmen sorun 60 saat sonra düzeldi ve aşağıdaki mail ile cevap verildi.
