Merhaba,
Bu konu ile ilgili yüzlerce dökümana bakmışımdır ama çözüm bulamadım.Firmadaki serverı formatlayıp SBS server 2003 ü yeniden kurdum.Elimde bulunan 2x5 OEM User 5 CAL ve 2x5 OPEN User 5 CAL lisanslarını eklemem gerekiyor ekleyemiyorum.
Denetim masasındaki Lisanslama uygulamasına tıkladığımda "To add more licenses, use the Add License Wizard in Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server" diye bi hata veriyor.Bununla ilgili konuları araştırırken Program files içinde Microsoft Integration klasörü altında Activation.exe diye bir uygulama olduğunu öğrendim.Onu tıklıyorum ve karşıma Add Licence Wizard ekranı geliyor.Elimdeki lisanslara ait keyleri buraya girdiğimde "The specified license code is not valid.Ensure that you typed the license code correctly.If that does not fix the problem,contact your provider or call Microsoft Product Support Services." diye bir hata veriyor.Bunun dışında birde Yönetimsel araçların altında Licensing diye bir tool var. Onu çalıştırdığımda da ilk bahsettiğim hatayı veriyor.
Yaklaşık 4 gündür bununla uğraşıyorum ve kullanıcıların çoğu servera bağlanamıyor.Başına gelenler varsa bilir çok kötü durumdayım.Acil yardım rica ediyorum.Bu konu ile ilgili yardımı dokunacak arkadaşlara şimdiden çok teşekkür ederim.

Bu bilinen bir bug, SBS tarafında bir hotfix ile düzeliyor , Microsoft' u arayıp bu hotfix' i talep edebilirsiniz. Veya aşağıdaki adımları izleyebilirsiniz
1. Please try to manually run the wizard from the following location:
C:\program files\microsoft integration\Windows Small business server
2003\, please double click activation.exe file in this folder.
2. Disable DEP on SBS:
a. right click my computer and click properties, navigate to advanced tab,
b. click settings button at performance column
c. navigate to Data execution protection, Select "Turn on DEP for all programs and ervices except those I select"
d. click Add to add activation.exe.
Then, test this issue.
3. If the issue persists after above steps, we need to reinstall the Add License wizard on your SBS:
a. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
b. Select Windows Small Business Server 2003 and then click Change/Remove. The Setup Wizard appears.
c. Click Next to start the wizard.
d. On the Windows Configuration page, click Next.
e. On the Component Selection page, in the Action column, change Server Tools to Reinstall, and then click Next.
f. On the Component Summary page, click Next. You may prompt to inset SBS installation CD.
g. Inset the SBS installation CD and finish the wizard.
If we cannot resolve the issue after we perform the above steps, please
help me collect some information for further investigation:
1. Do you get any error when you try to run Add License wizard? If yes,
please capture screenshots on the error messages and send the
pictures to me at [email protected]
2. Please gather all SBS setup log files in c:\program files\microsoft
integration\windows small business server 2003\logs\ on SBS and
send to me.
3. Please gather all SBS wizard log files in c:\program files\microsoft
windows small business server\support\ on SBS and send to me.
4. Gather MPS network report on SBS:
a. Download MPSrepot_network from
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...PT_NETWORK.EXE
b. Run MPSRPT_NETWORK.exe.
c. The tool will automatically collect the information. This procedure will take 10~15 minutes.
d. Open Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder:
%SystemRoot%\MPSReports\Network\Reports\Cab\
e. Send the .cab file directly to me at [email protected]
