Merhaba
Musterimizde Emailler Public Folder uzerinde calısıyor fakat zaman zaman cok email oldugu icin ben manuel olarak tasıma yapıyorum bu taşima işlemini rule ile yapabılırmıyım INBOX uzerinde rule yapabılıyorum ama public folder uzerinde yapamadım

selam ilker,
sunucu tarafında sanırım yok ama outlook tarafında belki birşeyler yapabilirsin.
aşağıdaki adımları denedin mi?
Create or modify a rule for a public folder
This feature requires you to use a Microsoft Exchange account. Most home and personal accounts do not use Exchange.
You must have Owner permission for a public folder to create or modify rules for it.
- In the Folder List, in the Navigation Pane, right-click the public folder you want to create or modify rules for, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu.
- Click the Administration tab.
- Click Folder Assistant.
- Do either of the following:
- To create a rule, click Add Rule.
- To modify an existing rule, click a rule in the list, and then click Edit Rule.
- Enter the conditions that the item must meet for the action to occur. For more conditions, click Advanced.
- Under Perform these actions, select the options you want.

NOTE When you create a rule, it is active by default.

Belirtmis olduğunuz kısma gırdım ben belirli bir tarih aralığını otomatık olarak taşımak ıstıyorum ornegın son 1 at kalsın publşc folder üzerinde dıger eski emailler arşive gitsin
bu kısımda onu goremedım
