merhaba;

 Sunucumuzda bugün draytek vigor 2820 modem için firmware update yaptıktan sonra mail alıp gönderemez olduk. Yönlendirmeleri kontrol ettim hatta draytek servise de kontrol ettirdim modem ile ilgili olmadığını söylediler.

 

aşağıdaki sonuçlara göz atıp çözüm için yardımcı olursanız sevinirim.

Mail sunucunuzdan doruknet smarthost adresine Telnet ile SMTP yaparmisiniz ?


25 portu kapali ise 587 ilede deneyebilirsiniz.

telnet ok fakat doruk, sunucumuza 25 üzerinden ulaşamıyorum diyor.

Anladigim kadariyla yapinizda sadece Draytek modem var. Acikcasi bu modemi hic gormedim ve menulerini hic bilmiyorum. Bu yuzden yorumumu her cihaz sonucta aynidir diyerek yapiyorum, modem uzerinde disaridan gelen 25 nolu port istekleri mail sunucunuzu IP sine yonlendirilmis durumdamidir. Ayrica modem uzerinde firewall var ise 25 nolu port izinlimidir. Log takibi var ise requestler de deny yada accept goruyormusunuz.

Modem uzerinde loglari inceleme sansiniz varmi ? 25 numarali port ile ilgili loglari filtrelerseniz en azindan problemin Exchange te yada Modemde oldugunu anlayabiliriz. Alma yada gondermenin ayni anda bozulmasi Port ve NAT problemi ihtimalini arttiriyor cunku.
