SBS 2003 den Server 2008 ve Exchange 2010 a Geçiş problemi

Zaten yanlış bir senaryo var ortada. SBS ortamında server 2008 dc olamaz. En fazla 60 dakika beraber çalışabilirler sonra sbs 2003 hata verir, reboot olur.

Birde GC taşınmıyor zaten bir kopyası diğer sunucuda oluyor. Global Catalog olarak işaretleyin ve bir süre bekleyin replike olmasını. Sonra SBS den GC rolünü kaldırın bir süre bekleyip SBS i kapatın böyle bakın.

Bu esnalarda event viewer a düşen uyarı / hataları inceleyip dikkate alın.

Global katalog olarak işaretledim. ve bir süre bekledim. bu ardada outlookta exchange server bağlantısı kesik mesajı almaya başladım ve Exchange server manageri çalıştırdığımda "Belirtilen etki alanı yok veya bağlantı kurulamadı" mesajı alıyorum. SBS yi kapattığım zamanda terminaller oturum açamıyorlar.

Bu durumda FSMO rolleri hatasız aktarılmamış diye anlıyorum.

yukarı da söylediğim gibi zaten sbs ortamında 2 tane dc olamaz.

böyle bir senaryoda en az hatayla 2008 e geçmeniz için önerim;

1. SBS 2003 den SBS 2008 e migration

2. SBS 2008'den Server 2008 R2'ye migration yapmak

sbs 2008 den server 2008 r2 ye migration daha kolay ve sorunsuzdur. Bu durumda çok uğraştırır sizi.

SBS 2003 den Server 2008 ve exchange 2010 geçişi makalelerden faydalanarak yaptım.Dhcp, DNS ve mailbaxları taşıdım, FSMO rollerini aktardım.ancak Global Catalog u aktaramıyorum. Glabol kataloğu yeni server üzerinde işaretleyince  Exchange server managere erişemiyorum.Ve bu yüzden DC eski serverda kalıyor ve eski kapatamıyorum. Exchange server system özelliklerinde domain controller ve global catalog eski server üzerin de görünüyor.

Şu anda Exchange server çalışıyor. Mail gönderme ve almada problem yok. Sadece Microsoft Exchange Address Book servisi çalışmıyor.Bu yüzden Outlookda adres seçmede problem yaşıyorum.

Bu geçişi bitirmek için ne yapmalıyım.

Öncelikle sorunu iyi analiz etmek için sizin tam olarak geçiş işlemin hangi aşamasına kadar başarılı şekilde geldiğinizi bilmek gerekiyor.

Öncelikle bunu detaylı olarak belirtiniz.Eğer söylediklerinizden kabaca yola çıkacak olursak sanırım sorun 5 adet FSMO rolünü aktarma işleminden sonra başlamış.Öncelikle Windows Server 2008 R2 sunucu üzerinde komut satırından tüm rollerin yeni sunucuda olup olmadığından emin olalım.

bunun çıktısını bizimle paylaşınız.Ayrıca (eğer eski SBS 2003 sunucuyu ağdan kaldırmadıysanız onun üzerinde tüm güvenlik programlarını kapalı tutun.Ayrıca yeni sunucudaki tüm güvenlik programlarını kapatınız.)

Sonrasında SBS 2003 sunucunun artık Global Catalog olarak çalışmadığından emin olamak gerekiyor.Bunun için Windows Server 2008 R2 sunucu üzerinden "Active Directory Sites and services" geliniz. Default-First-Site-Name- Servers  kısmından her iki sunucunuzu görmeniz gerekiyor.

(SBS  2003 ve  Windows Server 2008 R2 olanlar) oradan SBS altındaki  NTDS settings sağ tıklayarak properties gelin.Oradan Global Catalog kaldırıp sonra SBS 2003 dc promo yazarak tamamen kaldırma işlemini tamamlayabilirsiniz.

Şimdi yukarıdaki işlemler yapılıyor.Öncelikle sizden istediğim ek olarak aşağıdaki komutları SBS 2003 üzerinde çalıştırıp bana çıktılarını göndermeniz gerekiyor.

Yaptıklarımı kısaca anlatayım, SBS 2003 BPA çalıştırarak sistem gereksinimlerini karşıladım.

Yeni serveri domaine dahil ettim. Dcpromo ile dc yaptımi DHCP yi transfer ettim.

Exchange 2010 kurdum. Exchange datalarını transfer ettim.

Daha sonra FSMO rollerini aktardım.

SBS2003 adı :  dc.xxx.com.tr

W2008  adı :exchange.xxx.com.tr

SBS2003 üzerinde dcpromo çalıştırıp. AD kaldır seçtiğimde

Bu etki alanı denetleyicisinin xxx.com.tr etki alanı için son denetleyici olduğunu belirten kutusu işaretlememiş. Ancak, Active Directory başka bir etki alanı denetleyicisiyle iletişim kuramıyor.

Dcdiag çıktınızda bir hata var.

 Warning: DcGetDcName(TIME_SERVER) call failed, error 1355
       A Time Server could not be located.
       The server holding the PDC role is down.

Bu hata SBS 2003 üzerindeki yanlış DNS adres atamasından dolayı kaynaklanmaktadır.Ve de 2.olarak bu hata aynı zaman Time Server senkronizasyonunda bir sorun algılamaktadır.Öncelikle time server tarafında hatayı düzeltmeniz gerekiyor.

bu adres içinde anlatıldığı gibi SBS 2003 tarafındaki ayarları tamamlayınız.Ayrıca bunları yapmdan time server kullandığı UDP 123 no'lu portu engellememek için tekrar belirtmek istiyorum.Tüm güvenlik programlarını kapatınız.(anti-virüs ve ya firewall olabilir.)Sonra yukarıdaki işlemleri uygulayınız.

Time server düzeltme işlemini yaptıktan sonra DNS yapılandırma tarafını düzeltmeniz gerekiyor.Bunu yapmadan önce dizden bazı bilgiler almam gerekiyor.Öncelikle DHCP Server transfer  işlemini yaptım demişsiniz.Fakat,burada ayrıntılı olarak  ne yapıldığı hakkında bilgi verilmemiş.Burada transfer işleminde tam olarak ne yaptıklarını yazarsanız eksiklerinizi burada tekrar tartışırız.

SBS 2003 'den Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition DHCP Server Transfer :

1-Öncelikle DHCP Server rolünü kurunuz.Sonrasında IP Scope settings altındaki ayarların aynı şekilde SBS 2003 tarafında neyse aynı şekilde ayarları yapın.Sadece"Activate this scope" işaretli olmasın.

2-DNS settings tarafında ki"preferred" ayarındaki DNS adresi olarak yeni windows server 2008 sunucunun ip adresini yazınız.Alternate tarafını boş geçiniz.

3-bunu yaptıktan sonra SBS 2003 DHCP tarafında ayar yapmanız gerekiyor.Bu ayar DHCP server leased time süresini kısaltmanız gerekiyor.Bunun için DHCP Scope sağ tıklayıp properties tarafına gelin.Orada Lease duration for DHCP clients  olan kısmı 2 saat yapınız.

4-Sonra SBS DHCP Server Address Leases tarafındaki tüm client pc 'leri seçip siliniz.Sadece rezerve ettiğiniz adresleri silmeyiniz.

5-Bunları yaptıktan sonra  Windows Server 2008 DHCP Server tarafındaki bölgeyi "activate "  yapınız.

6-Yukarıdaki aktivasyon işlemini yaptıktan sonra SBS 2003 DHCP Server ortamdaki diğe DHCP Server algılayacağı için otomatik olarak ip dağıtımı kesecektir.

7-Yaklaşık olarak 1-2 saat içindeki tüm client 'lar  pc 'ler yeni ip adresini windows Server 2008 'den alacaklardır.Eğer ip adres almaya zorlamak isterseniz de pc tarafınfa komut satırından 

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew 

diyerek ip adres almaya zorlayabilirsiniz.

8-Bunları yaptıktan sonra SBS 2003 tarafındaki  DHCP Server servisini disable yapınız.Ama kesinlikle DHCP Client servisini kapatmayınız.

9-Sonra SBS 2003 tarafında yeni DNS server adresi olarak Windows Server 2008 dns adresini tanımlayınız.

Ve de Windows Server 2008 tarafında netlogon servisini yeniden başlatınız.

Öncelikle işlemleri yukarıdaki gibi mi yaptınız?

Merhaba dünden beri 4-5 kere mesaj yazdım. ama hepside. yayınlanması için onaylanacak mesajı çıkarak. yayınlanmadı.

 

Son dcdiag' ta bir hata yok, o gelen uyarı event viewerda son 24 saatte bir warning olmamıştır diyor. netdom query fsmo yapıp rolleri kontrol edin.

2003 sbs'te replmon çalıştırıp replikasyonların sucessfully olup olmadığına bakın, dnsler doğru ise muhtemelen yapmıştır. Roller geçtikten sonra dc bölümü tamamlanacaktır. SBS (eski dc) ayakta ve global catalog olduğu sürece exchange'i nereye kurarsan kur sbsi görmeye çalışır, o yüzden dcnin geçtiğine emin olduktan sonra makineyi kapat. Adsiedit ile sbs e ait verileri temizle( partitions ). Problem çıkmayacaktır.
