How to customize a default user profile in Windows 7
and in Windows Server 2008 R2

loadTOCNode(2, 'moreinformation');
You can customize the default user profile by
using the following Copy Profile parameter in the Unattend.xml answer
file that is passed to the Sysprep.exe tool:

Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup\CopyProfile

To
do this, follow these steps:

  1. Use the local administrator account
or an local account that has administrative privileges to log on to the
    computer.

Note You cannot use a domain
account for this process. This is because when sysprep is executed it
deletes that profile and the copying of the profile occurs during
specialize phase on first bootup of the image. If you use a domain
account the copy profile process will copy the profile with the latest
    time/date stamp.

  2. Configure the settings that you want to use in the
profile. This includes desktop settings, favorites, and Start menu options.
  3. Create an
Unattend.xml file that contains the Copy Profile parameter. By using
this Copy Profile parameter, the settings of the user who is currently
logged on are copied to the default user profile. This parameter must
be set to "true" in the specialize pass. For example, the parameter
    must be as follows:

    <CopyProfile>true</CopyProfile>

    You
can use the Windows System Image Manager tool to create the
Unattend.xml file. The Windows System Image Manager tool is included as
part of the Windows Automated Installation Kit (Windows AIK). For more
information about Windows AIK, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

    For more information
on how to create an answer file, see the Help information that is
included with Windows AIK and then visit the following Microsoft Web
    site:

  4. At a
command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:

    sysprep.exe /oobe /reboot
    /generalize /unattend:c:\answerfile\unattend.xml

    Sysprep.exe
is located in the %systemdrive%\Windows\System32\sysprep directory.
For more information about Sysprep, visit the following Microsoft Web
    site:

    Note You must
use the /generalize switch so that the Copy Profile parameter can
be used. The /unattend option is used to point to the desired
Unattend.xml file. Therefore, in this example, the Unattend.xml file is
    located in the c:\answerfile folder.

First, install the WAIK (Windows Automated Installation Kit) on
your system. Then, copy the "install.wim" and "install_Windows
7 Enterprise.clg
" from your Windows 7 DVD to your temp
directory. Now, run the WAIK and open the "install.wim"
and then create a new answer file. Right click on the
bottom of the left pane of the Microsoft_Windows_Shell_Setup and add
the settings to specialize pass. Then, open that specialize
pass
and then click on Microsoft_Windows_Shell_Setup and
then select True for CopyProfile in the right pane and
then enter the product key. Now, save the answer file
your Temp directory as "unattebd.xml".

Now, go to the new system and install Windows 7 and log in as
Administrator and setup your system according to your wish. Then, copy
the "unattend.xml" file to C:\Windows\System32\sysprep\
directory on your new system. Then, run the below command from
the sysprep directory:

sysprep /generalize /unattend:unattend.xml

Then, select Generalize and shut down.

Onemli Not:  Yukarida belirtilmemis ama Sysprep'in unattend.xml'i gorememesi problemi ile karsilasmamak icin OS'un ilk kurulum sonrasi normalde Disable olan Administrator hesabini aktif edip tum islemleri onunla yapmalisiniz.
