Merhabalar. Geçen sene bir eğitim kurumunda MCT olarak çalışmaya başladım. Bu senenin başlarında ilgili kurumdan ayrıldım ve bir yazılım firmasında proje yürütücüsü pozisyonunda görevlendirildim. Ancak MCT ünvanım ve genel olarak MS Office programlarında bilgili olmam dolayısıyla firmamızın bağlantılı olduğu derneklerde gerçekleştirilmek üzere, seminer ve kısa süreli (4-6 saatlik) kurslar vermem isteniyor. Anlatacağım konu, sertifakalarını aldığım Server 2003 ailesi ile ilgili değil (MCSA+M konumundayım şu an), genel olarak Office 2010'un yenilikleri üzerine tanıtım ve kısa süreli anlatımlar şeklinde planlanıyor.
Bugün öğlen saatlerinde MS Türkiye'yi aradım, kurumsal tarafla görüşme yaptım ama net bir şey söyleyemediler. Şimdi sorularım şu:
- Çalıştığım yazılım firması Silver veya Gold Partner değil, ben firmanın adı altında, çeşitli yerlerde yukarıda yazdığım şekilde kısa süreli eğitim verebilir miyim?
- Vereceğim seminer veya kısa süreli eğitimlerin içeriği benim sertifikalarımla doğrudan bağlantılı olmadığı için herhangi bir sorun teşkil eder mi + herhangi bir yaptırımı olur mu?
- Diyelim ki eğitimleri verebildim, bu eğitim ve seminerler neticesinde eğitimi verdiğim insanlara kurumsal kimlikle katılım sertifikası hazırlayıp verebilir miyiz?
- Anlatım içeriği Office değil de Server 2003R2 veya 2008R2'ye dönüşebilir mi, aynısı XP veya Win7 için de geçerli.

MCT olmaniz yeterli, verebileceginiz egitimler transcriptinizde yazar.

bende MCT'yim. ama verdiğim eğitimler arasında Microsoft Office Yazılımları, Radmin Server, Trojanlar, bilhazsa Güvenlik eğitimleri vs vs de var.
Daha geçenlerde Resmi bir kuruma sadece 1 ay Office eğitimi verdim. Yani illa ki Server teknolojileri konusunda eğitim vermek zorunda değiliz.
nitekim MCT her konuda eğitim verebilir durumda olmalı aslinda. İlla ki uzmanlık alanımıza kısıtlı kalacağız diye bir şey yok.

- eğitim verebilirsiniz. MCT olmasanız da verebilirsiniz, size kimse birşey diyemez. (mezuniyet nedir bilmiyorum ama diplomanızın olması yeterlidir)
- önemli değil, konuyu biliyorsanız anlatırsınız. önemli olan karşı tarafın memnun kalmasıdır.
- katılım sertifikasını verebilirsiniz. bunun için bir engel olmaması gerekiyor.
- olabilir sorun yok.
bir mct'nin verebileceği eğitimler ; (ben 2004 yılından beri MCT'yim ve şuan MCT transcriptimde aşağıdaki eğitimleri verebilir diye liste var)
