cisco routerımdan seri bacağa neden bağlanamıyorum

localdeki routerımdaki bursa olarak tanımlı olan seri bacağa bağlanıyorum ama gebze olana bağlanamıyorum

bursa olana hem lokal seri bacağına hemde remote bacağına bağlanabiliyorum ama
