Merhaba;
DPm 2010 ile Sharepoint 2010 farm level yedekleme yapmak istiyoruz.Sharepoint dağıtık yapıda front-end ve back-end sunucusu sanal makinada content databaselerimiz fiziksel sunucuda bulunmakta ve sanal makinaların bulunduğu bir host sunucusu mevcut işletim sistemleri 2008 R2 ve Sql 2008 R2 kurulu. Öncelikle ilgili tüm sunuculara ajanı kurduk daha sonra
ConfigureSharepoint.exe –enableSharepointProtection
ConfigureSharepoint.exe EnableSPSearchProtection
komutlarını çalıştırdık başarılı bir şekilde bitti.(Burada verdiğimiz account makinede local admin)
Dpm tarafına geldğimizde protection grup create ederken sharpoint sunucusunu Rol olarak görüyor fakat genişlettiğimde
""dpm cannot protect this sharepoint farm as it cannot detect the configuration of the dependent SQL databases" event id 32008 hatası veriyor.
WFe VSS started ilgili account ile logon durumda,Sql WSs started durumda.
Bu hatanın neden kaynaklandığını bulamadım yardımcı olursanız sevinirim

User Action
- Ensure that the SharePoint VSS writer is reporting content databases on the front-end web server.
- Verify that the SQL Server VSS writer is enabled and running in a healthy state on all the back-end SQL Server machines.
- Verify if some of the databases that are part of this SharePoint farm are already being protected by DPM. To protect the SharePoint farm, remove these databases from protection and delete their existing recovery points.

Evet Fatih bey ilgili maddelere bakıyorum.
1-Sharepoint front-end sunucusu üzerinde Sharepoint VSS writer Configuresharepoint.exe ile başlayan komutlarda kullandığımız account ile aynı bu hesap domain accoun ve tüm farmda local admin ayrıca çalışır vaziyette.
2-Sql Vss writer servisi çalışıyor database üzerinde çalışıyor.
3-Dpm herhangi bir şekilde daha önceden kurulu değildi.
Ben test amaçlı sharepoint yapısını standalone kurdum burada sorunsuz bir şekilde DPM farm level koruma sağlayabiliyorum fakat dağıtık mimaride aşağıdaki şekilde hata alıyorum acaba frontend sunucum sql database ile haberleşmede mi sorun yaşıyor bunu nasıl test edebilirim?
Not: Madde 1 de dediği Sharepoint VSS writerın content database e report etmesi olayı nedir WFE üzerinde ayrıca bir content databasemiz yok ayrı bir sunucuda tüm databaselerimiz acaba bunu mu göremiyor.

Cevap için teşekkürler.Bu makaleyi ben de inceledim ve adım adım check ettim.
- WFE sunucusu üzerinde Sharepoint VSS writer servisi çalışıyor ve account tüm farm sunucularında local admin ayrıca domain user.
- SQL sunucusunda SQL VSS writer servisi çalışıyor
- Ve ayrıca dpm önceden hiçbir şekilde bir koruma sağlamıyor.
Sharepoint standalone yapıda kurdum gayet güzel bir şekilde DPM 2010 tarafında rol bazlı olarak çalışıyor fakat dağıtık mimaride aldığım hata tam olarak şu,
merak ettiğim konu dağıtık mimaride frontend sunucusu sql ile ne üzerinden konuşuyor ki biz bu database baglantısını sağlayamıyoruz servis bazında mı bir sıkıntı var acaba?

Hata linki görülmiyor.
Farm yapısında front-end ve DB sunucularının üzerinde DPM agent2in yüklü olması gerekmektedir. yedeklenecek bütün veriler (SQL DB, IIS content, File verileri vb... bütün share point dataları) dpm agent tarafından algılanmaktadır.
PG oluştururken her bir bileşen için ayrı PG oluşturabildiğiniz gibi SP'in farmı altında tek bir PG oluşturup yedeklemeyi gerçekleştirebilirsiniz.
Yedekleme ihtiyaçları için her bir bileşenin ihtiyaç duymuş olduğu DPM koruma bileşen ihtiyaçlarını ayrı ayrı karşılamanız gerekmektedir.
